The team operates in an Agile environment, heavily utilizing Salesforce CRM for internal applications and processes. The candidate must have a deep understanding of Salesforce products, configurations, and user journeys to effectively manage the backlog, prioritize features, and support development. Strong independent working skills are essential, with minimal supervision. The role involves collaboration with multiple technology teams and stakeholders, facilitating grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment. No application development or coding is required, but very strong SQL skills and database navigation comfort are mandatory. Experience with JIRA, managing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, is necessary. Experience with JSQL and working across multiple databases is preferred. The team is currently using Agile methodologies and will transition to a SAFe environment soon; SAFe certification and experience are advantageous.
