The Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) - TS/SCI CI Polygraph will assist in maintaining a security program that is continually compliant with all DSS mandates and would meet a satisfactory level of compliance at all times if DSS arrived in-house for unannounced Security Vulnerability Assessment./ppResponsibilities for the Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) - TS/SCI CI Polygraph include:/pulliUtilize knowledge of US Government classified contract requirements in relation to maintaining security programs/liliManage DISS, for new hires/terminations, SF86 e-QIP, Adverse Information, Visit Requests, and clearance eligibility verifications./liliComplete CDSE Insider Threat training and develops TEA Insider Threat Program in accordance with the DSS timeline./liliMaintain active ISFD account, verify FCL status of subcontractors, generate DD254s./liliMaintain current NISP program facility documentation (DD 441, SF 328)./liliMaintain the current List of Classified Contracts and Associated Security Classification Guidance (DD254)./liliDevelop and maintain security education and training for cleared personnel/li/ulpRequirements for the Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) - TS/SCI CI Polygraph include:/pullistrongActive TS/SCI CI Polygraph/strong/lili2+ years of relevant experience as FSO or Assistant FSO with focus on developing training procedures in accordance with DSS mandates and maintaining continuing employee security education./liliNISPOM Chapter 5 experience/liliKnowledge of US Government classified contract requirements./liliMust possess practical knowledge of and experience with DISS/liliStrong interpersonal skills and organizational skills including attention to detail / ability to multi-task with accuracy/li/ulpCompensation of the Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) - TS/SCI CI Polygraph includes:/pulli$90,000 - $125,000 annually with Full Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law/liliThis job opens for applications on August 25, 2025.
