The main point of contact between customers and the automotive service department, greeting customers, documenting customers’ concerns, and coordinating repairs. Key duties include explaining technical issues in simple terms, providing cost estimates, processing repair orders, and keeping customers informed on the status of their vehicle. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, along with technical knowledge of automotive systems.
