Job Description: About the Role: The Electronic Technician role at the Cedar Rapids location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: - Complete assigned planned electronic/maintenance on time.
- Complete tasks from work orders assigned in time allotted.
- Ensure assigned spaces are kept in a clean and free of clutter.
- Work closely with the production supervisor on production needs.
- Comply with the requirements defined within the contents of the GMP'S, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), LO/TO procedures, and Food Safety programs with the Confined Space Entry
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on Afternoon shift, which operates from 3:00p to 11:00p Mon-Fri. schedule. This role pays $36.40/hour + shift differential. $3,000 Sign on Bonus: Paid after 60 working day probationary period (will need to be paid back if leave prior to 6 months continuous service). About You: You'll fit right in if you have: - Demonstrated experience in electronics and maintenance applications along with following work instructions
- Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
- The ability to work overtime and weekends
