Electronics Technician
The Opportunity:

Fabricate, repair, and maintain electronics systems and equipment. Create prototypes based on schematics, engineering drawings, complex manuals, and other technical documentation. Apply specific functional knowledge and working or general industry knowledge. May assist in the development of solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work under general supervision. May provide guidance for less experienced team members.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience as an electronics techni cia n
  • \n
  • 3+ years of experience supporting electronic assembly fabrication, including wiring harnesses, electronic circuit boards, and integration of electronic components
  • \n
  • 3+ years of experience reading electronic schematics and drawing for repair and troubleshooting
  • \n
  • Ability to analyze engineering drawings to determine the electronic fabrication requirements and layout of electronic assemblies
  • \n
  • Ability to effectively work under little or no supervision
  • \n
  • Secret clearance
  • \n
  • HS diploma or GED
  • \n

  • Experience working within the United States Navy or Marine Corps maintenance framework

  • Knowledge of the design of electronic systems and components

  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with client engineers

  • J-STD or IPC 610 or 620 Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
