Job Description
We are looking for an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and want to gain hands-on experience in customer service, event promotions, and sales support .
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide friendly, professional support at events, help manage displays, and ensure every customer has a positive experience. No prior experience required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and clear career advancement opportunities .
ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service at live events and promotions
Answer questions, resolve concerns, and engage with customers in a professional manner
Assist with event setup, product displays, and promotional activities

Full-time availability, including some weekends
