Job Description:

Pocket Ledge is seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Personal Assistant to support our executive team in Orlando, FL. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize executives' schedules and appointments.
• Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of executives.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Perform general office duties and support special projects.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
