We are seeking an Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Manager to lead exciting marketing initiatives, build customer connections, and drive sales growth in the events and retail industry. What do our Sales and Marketing Managers do?

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and retail sales.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, event promotions, and strategic partnerships.

  • Oversee promotional events, pop-up activations, and in-store marketing campaigns to enhance customer experience.

  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, tracking performance and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, vendors, and brand representatives.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and live presentations, engaging customers and boosting sales.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to stay ahead of trends.

  • Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to refine strategies.

  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance brand messaging and promotional content.

  • Train and mentor brand ambassadors and retail staff to ensure consistent brand representation.

  • Stay informed about retail trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviors to optimize marketing efforts.

 

What we are looking for in our next new hire:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or retail preferred but not required.

  • A passion for brand promotions, experiential marketing, and customer engagement.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive, customer-first approach.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with POS.
