Position Description: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in alignment with advancing the goals of the organization and reports directly to the General Manager. This position will lead and manage a growing team of technicians, inspect the progress of all projects first-hand, meet with customers to exceed quality service, recruit, and hire technicians, and work closely with the GM to ensure company-wide policies are implemented in the most efficient and effective way.

· Starting salary $55K based on experience, plus upsell commissions. On target earnings for Year 1 = $63,000-$65,000.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prioritize Customer Service: Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service through effective communication and Quality Control visits to customers
· Technical Proficiency: Independently manage installations, troubleshooting, and product refills, displaying technical expertise and physical capability.
· Team Management: Lead and oversee a team of dedicated service technicians while ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
· Field Operations: Manage inventory, and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
· Continuous Improvement: Identify upselling opportunities, participate in larger customer installations, and promote team service enhancements.
· Hire, train and certify a team of technicians in all aspects of business to include service steps, chemical usage, routing software and upsell opportunities.
· Plan, prepare, and lead weekly staff meetings.
· Proficiently use and maintain hand tools and scrub equipment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· 3-5+ years of proven management experience in related field required.
· High School diploma, associate degree preferred.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
