Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Credit Analyst to join their team.
As a Credit Analyst, you will be part of the Credit Department supporting Sales and Customer Accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Credit Analyst
Location: Honolulu, HI (On-site)
Pay Range: $25.00 per hour
Conduct collection activities for delinquent accounts through phone, email, and written correspondence.
Research and resolve financial disputes and customer inquiries.
Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to address discrepancies related to volume, pricing, freight, and promotions.
Document and maintain accurate collection notes and account statuses.
Identify opportunities to improve credit performance and reduce delinquency.
High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting/finance ERP systems (e.g., Workday).
Ability to analyze financial data and resolve account discrepancies effectively.
