About the Role:
Join Skilled Nursing Pharmacy as a Graveyard Staff Pharmacist and play a vital role in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care during the nighttime hours. Our dedicated team ensures that patients receive the highest quality medication management in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to skilled nursing facilities.
• Conduct medication reviews for safety and efficacy, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Provide clinical consultation to nursing staff and healthcare providers.
• Manage medication inventory and ensure proper storage conditions are maintained.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and staff on medication usage and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes.

Requirements:

• PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
• Active California pharmacist license in good standing.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and safety.
• Proficient in pharmacy software and technology.
