Are you a passionate barista ready for a full-time opportunity ?
We are expanding our team at two dynamic locations: our original shop in Downtown La Mesa and our newly opened spot at SDSU .
We are seeking reliable baristas who can commit 30–35 hours per week . This role involves rotating between opening and closing shifts and working at both locations. Essential requirement: Must be available to work weekends.
Requirements:
- have at least 1 year experience of Barista
- comfortable operating espresso machine and grinder
ability to steam and texture milk properly for various drinks
- understand the different coffee beans
- friendly, positive, attitude and professional demeanor
- ability to handle customer complaints or special request effectively
- handling cash and operating POS system accurately
- excellent time management and multitasking skills to manage high volume of orders during rush hour
- ATTENTION to detail
- GREAT teamwork
- ability to clearly communicate and educate customers on menu items and offer recommendations
- Commit 30-35 hours a week
- Have weekend available
- Must be resident of San Diego
