Key Responsibilities:

• Perform histological processing including fixation, embedding, sectioning, staining, and mounting of tissue specimens.
• Prepare samples and support pathologists by delivering high-quality slides for microscopic examination.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with established safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with medical personnel to troubleshoot and optimize laboratory procedures.
• Document and record findings accurately for patient records and laboratory reporting.

Desired Qualifications: Proven experience in histology laboratory procedures. Strong knowledge of tissue preparation techniques and staining protocols. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
