Houseman Position Summary: Our clients are a busy executive couple with a stunning residence in Coconut Grove FL. We are hiring a Houseman who has experience working in a fine home or a luxury hotel. Responsibilities: Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks, this is a hands-on role Clean the windows (inside and out), terraces, and outdoor furniture Vacuum rugs and clean floors Perform daily walkthroughs and report issues to the Senior Houseman Manage and work alongside a second Houseman and other team members Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Prior experience working as a Houseman in a fine home or luxury hotel. Ocean front experience preferred. Excellent, verifiable references. Exceptional hands-on cleaning skills. Self-starter who enjoys their work Positive and pleasant personality It is a significant plus if you have experience as a server in a hotel, fine restaurant, or with a high-end catering company. Fluent English and/or Spanish Schedule: This is a full-time, year-round position. Generally, Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. Compensation: $38 - $42 per hour offered, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
