Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities: Handle end‑to‑end onboarding (offer letters, background checks, I‑9/IT setup), maintain employee data in databases, process job change requests and HR documentation, manage onboarding/internship portal tasks, and prepare workforce, benefits & other reporting.
