  What You'll Do Day to Day
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager including scheduling, communication, and recordkeeping
  • Maintain and update employee files, attendance records, and organizational charts
  • Prepare new-hire reports, absentee logs, and HR-related documents
  • Assist with recruiting efforts: posting jobs, reviewing applicants, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and training processes for new employees
  • Coordinate company events and employee engagement initiatives that reflect Smartland's values
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Ensure consistent communication with employees and prompt resolution of inquiries
  What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in HR or related field preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
  Nice to Have
  • Experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative support
  • Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Event planning or employee engagement experience
  • Background in property management or multi-location business operations
