Job Opportunity: Account Processor

Location: Owensboro KY

Contract Duration: 6months with possible extension

Pay Rate:$23-24/hour

Performs a variety of document processing and record-keeping tasks associated with customer accounts that require a thorough knowledge of products and services in the assigned area. Duties include entering new account information, updating existing records, recording transactions, answering customer inquiries, receiving, classifying, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information, completing reports, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities may also include customer service functions such as resolving inquiries, addressing customer problems, and responding to requests for information.

Responsibilities:

Process income checks and packages related to Assumptions and Subordinations accurately and efficiently.

Mail out packages for Assumptions and Subordinations in a timely manner.

Assist in the phone queue to answer questions from customers associated with Assumptions and Subordinations.

Complete and scan all checks and packages the same day to remain within established SLA standards.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and timelines.

Communicate effectively with internal and external clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Collaborate with peers and on-site management to support departmental goals.

Requirements:

Ability to work full-time, on-site (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST).

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Experience with MSP or DOCV/MIR systems preferred.

Willingness to work limited overtime as needed.
