Marketing Specialist - Business Insurance

Join Marsh McLennan Agency as a Marketing Specialist Business Insurance . This role centers on placing insurance programs for Middle Market clients, establishing and nurturing underwriter relationships, and analyzing insurance needs.

Responsibilities

• Place insurance programs for Middle Market clients.
• Establish and nourish key underwriter relationships.
• Analyze current and future insurance needs.
• Collaborate with service team and production staff on placing specific programs for prospects and clients.
• Engage with prospects and clients alongside the Production staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of property and casualty experience with strong knowledge of multiple coverage lines and risk management.
• Strong organizational and time?management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• High sense of urgency and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with management and peers.
• Strong interpersonal and sales?related skills when dealing with Producers, Account Executives, carriers, and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: CIC, CPCU or equivalent.

Compensation

Applicable base salary range: $71,800 to $133,700, based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education.
