MultiCare Health System seeks a board-certified/eligible Internal Medicine Physician for an ambulatory primary care role in Spokane, WA, offering a full-time schedule (4x10 or 5x8) with substantial benefits, CME, loan repayment, and potential sign-on/relocation. The position is clinic-based with robust integrated support (behavioral health, RN care managers, dedicated medical assistant, Epic EMR and AI tools) and limited on-call requirements. Required credentials include BC/BE in Internal Medicine, WA medical license by employment, DEA/NPI/prescriptive authority, and current ACLS/BLS certifications.

We offer ambulatory only Primary Care, with embedded support services to make practice sustainable and enjoyable.
