The Internal Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive outpatient medical care within a supportive group practice in Fremont County, Wyoming. SageWest Health Care is actively recruiting an experienced Internist (Internal Medicine Outpatient Physician) to join our established group, along with great office support, a welcoming community, and a flexible scheduling for work/life balance. Combined, our Lander and Riverton facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming, including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women s health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness. Qualifications:

• BE/BC in Internal Medicine
• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WY and DEA with full prescriptive authority
