Job Description

Salary: $50,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements:

• I require a minimum of 3 years of help desk support experience.
• I expect a positive attitude and a willingness to tackle complex challenges with business clients.
• Candidates should possess their own transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance.
• You must be able to pass a background check and random drug-testing, including marijuana.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• A friendly and patient demeanor when interacting with customers is important.
• The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• I will have you provide both remote and on-site assistance to clients within the Phoenix area.
• Your tasks will include answering client phone calls, responding to email inquiries, managing help desk tickets, and delivering remote support to clients.
• You will also be responsible for offering on-site assistance and performing maintenance on client networks and servers.
• All support will be conducted either from the BlueKey IT office or directly at clients’ offices.
