Salary: $49,920 - 68,640 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates with prior experience in IT support (minimum 2 years preferred) and/or relevant educational qualifications. You should possess a valid driver's license and be able to commute to Winona, MN 55987; relocation before starting work is preferred. Ideal candidates should demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to changing demands. A strong commitment to precise and comprehensive documentation is essential. Additionally, you must maintain concentration in a fast-paced setting, exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, and consistently present a friendly and patient demeanor with strong listening skills.

• As an IT Support Technician, your primary responsibility will be to deliver remote and onsite technical support to our clients. You will be tasked with providing assistance over the phone using industry-standard tools in our help desk environment. Occasionally, you will be required to visit clients in person for face-to-face technical support, hence a high standard of professionalism is a must. You will also need to effectively interact with technology such as workstations, servers, printers, networks, and various hardware and software. Participation in the VCS on-call rotation will be a requirement.
