Job Description

*Job Summary*
Poole Brooke Plumlee PC is in search of a Virginia licensed attorney to join our general litigation practice as an Associate Attorney in Virginia Beach. The Associate will assist in all aspects of trial and case development. Excellent research, writing and communication skills are required. Productivity bonus program available. We will consider applicants with 1- 2 years of experience and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar.

*Requirements*

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to and in good standing with Virginia State Bar.
* Strong knowledge of litigation processes and experience in legal drafting.
* Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
* Excellent writing skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
* Prior experience or coursework in civil litigation, personal injury law, landlord-tenant law, environmental law, or workers' compensation law is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
* Resume and a substantive writing sample required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
