Job Description

Peck Ritchey, LLC seeking a paralegal to provide support to Litigation attorneys. The Paralegal will perform a variety of legal and administrative duties. The work requires knowledge of the litigation process, in addition to secretarial and office practices. Candidate must possess a high level of organization, oral and written communication, problem-solving skills, ability to work with a team, adaptability, ability to take initiative and use own judgment, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, dependability and confidentiality. This is a full time in-office position with work from home opportunity a maximum of 2 times per month.

Primary duties include:

• Generate legal documents and correspondence.
• Complete court preparation and follow up.
• E-filing
• Calendar management.
• Communicating with clients on a daily basis via telephone and email

Qualifications: 

· Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred.

· Paralegal Certificate preferred.

· At least one year of law firm experience required.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. 

Office Hours:

Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:30 with an hour lunch.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary commensurate with experience; this is an hourly position.
