Job Description & RequirementsWCS Healthcare seeking a Medical Surgical, Tele Registered Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Niagara Falls, NY.
\nJob Function:
\nAssess daily patient care needs and collaborate with care team members to ensure effective treatment.
\nProvide and oversee chronic hemodialysis therapy for both inpatients and outpatients.
\nRecognize and report patient conditions that deviate from normal to the appropriate healthcare team.
\nAdminister prescribed medications and document medical justification and outcomes.
\nEducate patients and families by identifying learning needs and providing ongoing instruction.
