We’re looking for a Marketing Support Specialist who thrives on organization, accuracy, and action. In this role, you’ll be the first line of response for new leads , the guardian of clean CRM data , and the engine that keeps promotions running on time . Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr What You’ll Do Lead Response & CRM Management Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads (web forms, emails, phone). Qualify, tag, and route leads through Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Maintain clean and accurate contact, account, and opportunity records. Promotions & Campaign Coordination Schedule and monitor email and SMS campaigns. Keep a live promotional calendar up to date. Submit design requests and update promotional content on the company website. Add new products to the CRM system with up-to-date specs, vendor info, and marketing assets. Keep sales and marketing documentation organized and easily accessible. Client Recognition & Tracking Coordinate customer appreciation gifts and digital rewards. Log follow-ups and maintain a clear task tracker to ensure accountability and visibility across the team. What You’ll Bring 1–3+ years in a marketing support , sales operations , or coordinator role (B2B experience preferred). Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (or another CRM platform). Familiarity with email/SMS campaign tools . Excellent written communication, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to juggle multiple moving parts and collaborate across teams. Bonus Points For Experience in hospitality, multifamily, or distribution industries . Working knowledge of Pardot or light HTML/email editing .
