Marketing Intern (Unpaid Volunteer Opportunity)

Are you passionate about dogs and eager to make a meaningful difference in their lives? Join Retrieve a Golden of the Midwest (RAGOM) as a Marketing Intern . This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while helping us raise awareness and support for our mission of rescuing and rehoming Golden Retrievers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing social media platforms, focusing on Instagram and Facebook.
• Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and basic reels, to highlight adoptable animals and events.
• Support paid ad campaigns with keyword research, setup, and performance tracking.
• Help optimize website content and learn basic SEO techniques.
• Collect and organize data for performance reports using Google Analytics and social platforms.
• Design flyers, event posters, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and scheduling platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, or SEO principles is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
