Dental Billing Specialist Evenflow Solutions has a client that is looking for a Dental Billing Specialists in Frisco, Texas to add to their team.
- 3- 6 month Contract position
- Dental Experience is a MUST
- This will be a W-2 position working with Evenflow Solutions. Benefits are available to you through our company while you are working the contract position.
- Employees will be required to report to the office located in Frisco Texas - 5 days per week (Monday through Friday)
- Hours are 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and some overtime may be available
- After 45 days of in office training there is a possibility that this position will become a hybrid position working remote three days per week.
JOB SUMMARY The Medical Billing Specialist position will consist of working closely with the clinics to ensure that all claims are being processed in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible for both billing and collections based on an assigned region.
- Responsible for resolving invalids, rejections, and denials as well as billing.
- Medical AR follow-up procedures to include reviewing and working aging reports, denials and insurance correspondence from various insurance carriers
- Payment posting and account reconciliation.
- Review and process adjustments and refunds on patient accounts

Education & Experience - High School diploma or GED
- Prefer someone with experience in a Dental Billing (Experience with Ortho2 Edge and Orthotrac a plus)
- Full Cycle Billing experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Medical Billing, coding and all claims related services
- Previous physician office and or hospital billing and follow up experience required (3 years)
- Candidates must have experience in medical terminology, EOB's, ICD-9 coding, CPT codes, UB04 and 1500 claim forms
- Intermediate to Advanced level Experience with all Microsoft Office products
- Extremely detail oriented
- Punctual and Dedicated- we need someone who is reliable and has no problem commuting into the office daily.
- Clear understanding of confidentiality and HIPPA regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
