Job Title: Manufacturing Associate I / II

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour DOE

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4x10 schedule)

Overview

Join a leading medical device manufacturer and help build high-quality products that make a difference. The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for assembling medical devices following approved manufacturing process instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assisting with line issues, and suggesting process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety rules, stretching exercises, and company policies and procedures.
  • Assemble product using small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, microscopes, and test fixtures.
  • Perform in-process quality checks and promptly report any issues.
  • Maintain controlled-environment integrity with proper attire and cleanroom practices.
  • Identify and report unacceptable materials or sub-assemblies.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Quality and Regulatory policies and Good Manufacturing/Documentation Practices (GMP/GDP).
  • Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and technicians to resolve issues and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in lean initiatives and 5S activities to enhance efficiency.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and method sheets.
  • Enter data into electronic systems accurately.
  • May train other production employees after certification.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work with small components, adhesives, and microscopes.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
