As *Medical Director*, you will work closely with hospital leadership to set medical protocols, foster a culture of teamwork and clinical excellence, and ensure the delivery of compassionate, cutting-edge emergency and critical care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide medical leadership and collaborate with the management team
* Mentor and support emergency doctors and technicians
* Oversee medical protocols and ensure compliance with best practices
* Drive continuing education, case reviews, and quality improvement
* Lead by example through high-quality clinical care and teamwork

What We’re Looking For:

* DVM or equivalent degree required
* 5+ years of emergency veterinary experience (critical care or ECC residency a plus)
* Proven leadership and mentorship experience
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Passion for high-quality patient care and team development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $170,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
