Transworld Business Advisors is looking to add to our talented team of business brokers. Work is hybrid team members work from home, in our office, and at client sites. Our business brokers/consultants will have the opportunity to work with and learn from Big Four valuation experts, private equity, and serial entrepreneurs with multiple exits, including building a unicorn startup.

Overview

A career with Transworld allows you to be the driving force behind your success by assisting small to mediumsize business owners to exit or acquire a company. In this role you will advocate for the local, small business community and become a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential buyers and sellers and conduct business valuations.
• Prepare marketing materials, negotiate deals, and facilitate transactions.
• Manage the entire deal process and all parties involved.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their business goals.

Qualifications

• 5 to 25+ years of experience in consulting, finance, sales, or operations.
• Hunter mentality and passion for people and building professional relationships.
• Strong grasp of business financials and ability to analyze financial statements or quickly learn.
• Previous experience as a consultant, financial analyst, investment banker, corporate retiree, accounting professional, franchise sales professional, CEO/COO/CFO, or B2B sales professional is a plus.

Compensation

This is a fulltime role offering an opportunity to earn a six to sevenfigure commission income with no cap (commissiononly).
