Job Description:
As a Patient Sitter, you will provide continuous observation and companionship to patients who require close monitoring to ensure their safety and well-being. You will work under the direction of nursing staff and play a critical role in maintaining a secure, supportive environment.
Responsibilities Include:
• Monitor and observe patient activity and behavior closely
• Maintain a safe environment for patients at all times
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Assist with non-clinical patient needs, such as comfort measures
• Report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing staff
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
• Follow facility policies and procedures for safety and care standards

Qualifications:
• Must have reliable transportation
• Dependable, responsible, and attentive to patient needs
• Medical background preferred – such as Medical Assistant, CNA, or HHA
• Able to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to quality care
