We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Post Closer to join. In this role, you will be responsible for finalizing deals, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a smooth transition from initial interest to completed agreements. The ideal candidate is persuasive, confident, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with qualified leads and guide them through the closing process.
• Present solutions and negotiate terms to meet client needs and company goals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly closing targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in sales, business development, or closing deals.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Mortgage.
• Knowledge of contract terms and compliance requirements.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
