Role Summary
As a Private Banking Executive, you'll drive new business growth and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients and healthcare practices. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, connecting clients to personalized financial solutions across lending, deposits, and wealth management. This is a relationship-driven role where you'll expand your professional network, make an impact, and help clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop new client relationships through proactive outreach, networking, and referral partnerships.
  • Drive profitable growth in loans, deposits, and assets under management by identifying and meeting client needs.
  • Partner with private banking account executives and colleagues across business lines to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Manage portfolio quality through active monitoring of loan renewals, financial performance, and covenant compliance.
  • Deliver exceptional service and advice that consistently exceeds client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to retain existing clients and support total relationship growth.
  • Engage in community and professional organizations to build visibility and strengthen referral networks.
  • Provide financial insights and guidance on market trends and banking solutions to support client success.
Education & Experience

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of sales experience with strong knowledge of banking products and advanced credit skills
  • Proven success in business development and portfolio management
Preferred:
  • Experience working with high-net-worth or healthcare clients
  • Formal credit training or advanced financial planning experience
