We are currently searching for a Quality Engineer at our Hobart, IN plant. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer is responsible for development, maintenance, and reporting of the quality process. The position will also be involved in the implementation of new processes and equipment related to the design, material and processes needed to support production. This will include opportunities for continuous improvement, formulating corrective and preventive measures, and working to implement actions to improve quality levels and regulatory compliance. The individual will serve as a change agent and represent the Quality function on assigned project teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.

Join our team and align yourself with an industry leader! As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $72,160 - $99,220. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
