Real Estate Rental Showing Assistant Full Time (Bronx, NY) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Rental Showing Assistant to support our leasing team in the Bronx, NY. This full-time role involves coordinating and conducting apartment showings, organizing open houses, and managing applicant follow-ups. The ideal candidate is licensed in New York State, has a reliable vehicle, knows the Bronx area well, and excels in communication and organization. Valid New York State Real Estate License (required) Responsibilities: Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients questions Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis Quickly and professionally return buyer clients calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria Organize and manage rental open houses and apartment showings Communicate with potential tenants and follow up with applicants Coordinate schedules and maintain accurate showing records Provide excellent customer service throughout the rental process Qualifications: Can spend a large amount of time driving Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Professional in attitude and appearance Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Valid New York State Real Estate License (required) Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (required) Strong familiarity with neighborhoods in The Bronx, NY Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Tech-savvy and comfortable using real estate platforms and mobile tools Immediate availability and serious commitment to a full-time schedule Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
