Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Pearland, Texas. This is a contract position within the health insurance industry, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting recruitment operations and ensuring seamless staffing processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
The Coordinator must be able to work independently to identify and implement effective solutions to staffing challenges, ensuring seamless provider coverage. The position requires 24/7/365 on-call availability and cell phone access.
This role involves frequent collaboration with physician leadership, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, partner, and gain acceptance across teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional customer service, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive provider issues.
Key Competencies:
• HS Diploma or GED
•Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on recruitment or HR operations.
• Strong reporting skills, including the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in coordinating teams or projects.
• Familiarity with staffing processes and strategies in a corporate environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams and managing remote workflows.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines consistently.
