Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and professional standards.
  
  
• Supervise and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff to ensure outstanding resident outcomes.
  
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement person-centered care plans.
  
  
• Administer medications, monitor resident health, and maintain accurate documentation.
  
  
• Support a culture of safety, dignity, and respect for every resident and team member.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
  
  
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a commitment to compassionate care.
  
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
