Registered Nurse Operating Room Charge at Lakewood Surgery Center
\nProvides quality patient care, delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner within all clinical areas of the facility, including pre-procedure, post-procedure and procedure room. This includes ensuring the Center’s nursing activities comply with necessary legal, regulatory and accreditation standards. This individual also possesses the ability to assess data reflective of a patient’s status and interprets the appropriate information needed to meet the patient’s requirements as well as being able to maintain calmness in a crisis situation and direct staff members appropriately. Promotes customer service and patient satisfaction. Provides clinical management to the department through organizing, coordinating and monitoring the care provided. The charge nurse delegates duties consistent with the scope of practice and function within the philosophy and overall plan of care at the center. May have additional responsibilities as designed by the Clinical Administrator, which include, but are not limited to serving on committees, participating in quality improvement audits, and projects.

\nPay Range: $52.00/hr - $55.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
