Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with homeowners and businesses, presenting our products and services, and driving company revenue through successful sales.
Compensation:
This position offers a 50/50/10 profit split compensation structure — rewarding you directly based on your performance and contribution to company profitability.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company roofing products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers to generate new business
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within specified deadlines
Manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
Schedule and attend follow-up appointments to ensure customer satisfaction
Develop customized sales materials and presentations for clients
Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field (roofing or construction sales preferred)
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
