Salesforce Platform Intern

Location: Remote, USA

Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Program Duration: June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026

Summary

OneStream is seeking motivated candidates for its 2026 internship program. Interns will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with professionals, and work on impactful projects in a fast-paced environment. Our internship is intended for rising seniors and graduate students enrolled in a degree-seeking program, with graduation expected after the internship program concludes. This intern will join OneStream's Salesforce Platform team, supporting organizational improvement initiatives by assisting with business analysis, requirements gathering, and documenting critical processes. They will collaborate with professionals across departments, gaining hands-on experience in project delivery and contributing to the optimization of Salesforce-driven solutions. This role offers exposure to impactful projects and the opportunity to develop skills in enterprise platform development and cross-functional teamwork.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with team members to understand how Salesforce is used throughout the organization.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing trends, documenting workflows, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Assist in maintaining compliance by supporting audit-related tasks related to reporting and data quality.
• Participate in various aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, quality assurance, and release management.
• Assist the Salesforce support team with various troubleshooting, end user support, and basic administrative activities.

Required Education and Experience

• In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree in Management Information Systems or a related field.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Junior and graduate-level students preferred (graduating between December 2026 and May 2027).
• Previous internship experience is nice to have but not necessarily required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and document business and technical requirements.
• Effective written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
