POSITION SUMMARY:


To provide daily and scheduled sanitation services to Uptown Bakeries safely and efficiently.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Cleaning, sanitizing, and disassembling -reassemble equipment

• according to SOP procedures.

• Works in a hot and cold environment.

• Cleans processing equipment, overhead pipes, and conveyors in a

wet and dry environment.

• Scrubs processing tanks and kettles, conveyors.

• Sweeps and mops floors and scrubs walls.

• Follows SOP sanitation cleaning procedures.

• May be trained to operate forklift and scissor lift.

• Uses cleaning chemicals, water hose, brushes, and air wand.

• Exposed to chemicals.

• Moderate to heavy lifting.

• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and move around.

• Repetitively use hands, wrists, and forearms.

• Frequently lifts/moves hoses, equipment, chemical containers,
