Position Summary:

Title: Scrum Master

Duration: 6 Months Long term

Location: Washington, DC 20433

Hybrid Onsite: 4 days onsite per week from Day1 with a transition to 100% onsite expected soon.

We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in Data migration projects. The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Facilitate Scrum and Scrumban ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics.
• Champion Agile best practices to drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment through proactive communication and expectation management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments or regulated industries.

Certifications (Preferred):

Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) or SAFe certification
