This organization is only considering candidates who are coming from the public accounting space that are eager to gain exposure and experience with corporate accounting. This role will assist with the close process and generating financials, supporting AP/AR, and will help manage a portfolio of properties while working within a broader accounting team. Responsibilities:

• Assisting with close, preparing financials, audit, reconciliations
• Supporting AP & AR, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting
• Supporting property operations and maintaining relationships

Salary/Benefits:

• $70,000 - 80,000 + bonus
