  • Support system integration, test planning, and execution, including participation in test readiness and flight readiness reviews.
  • Contribute to configuration management, verification planning, and design assurance activities.
  • Mentor and technically guide systems engineers, raising overall engineering rigor and maturity.
  • Support continuous improvement of systems engineering processes, tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.

  • Proven track record of leading or managing complex aerospace systems with multiple interfaces and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with HAPS, LEO satellites, UAVs, or other high-altitude or space systems.
  • Flight operations experience or participation in flight test campaigns.
  • INCOSE certification (CSEP or ASEP).
  • Background in system safety analysis (FMEA, FTA).
  • Experience supporting design and technical reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR).
  • Familiarity with environmental testing, including EMI/EMC, thermal-vacuum, and vibration testing.
