Senior Client Associate

We're looking for a senior client associate to join a top-tier wealth management team serving ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role combines client relationship management, strategic planning support, and leadership responsibilities within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting broader firm initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs, ensuring prompt and accurate execution.
• Partner with senior leadership on customized client strategies and firmwide initiatives.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, anticipating needs and delivering a best-in-class experience.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 68 years of experience in client-facing roles within wealth management or a family office (must-have)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused
• Strong understanding of estate planning concepts and tax-efficient strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and custodial platforms preferred
