The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in shipbroking, strong industry knowledge, and excellent negotiation skills. This role requires a proactive approach to client management and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

• Senior Ship Broker Responsibilities*
• *Client Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including ship owners, charterers, and operators. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• *Negotiation:* Negotiate charter party agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for clients. Manage the entire negotiation process from inquiry to fixture.
• *Market Analysis:* Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, freight rates, and market conditions. Provide clients with up-to-date market insights.
• *Cargo Coordination:* Coordinate the transportation of liquid bulk cargoes, ensuring efficient and timely delivery. Resolve any issues that arise during the charter period.
• *Documentation:* Prepare and review charter party agreements and other necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• *Business Development:* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. Develop strategies to enhance market presence and increase revenue.
• *Team Leadership:* Mentor and support junior brokers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
