Responsibilities Positioned as the technical lead for a variety of challenging projects within the Bug Bounty product line, collaborating with seniors, product managers, and designers to build features for the community and customers. Lead projects with stakeholders, designers, and product leaders; interact with a vibrant community of security researchers and hackers. Build, ship, and maintain highly available, performant features focused on hacker-facing areas of the platform. Collaborate with the team to deliver key results for impactful objectives and participate in cross-squad initiatives. Mentor and be mentored by other engineers; identify and spearhead new initiatives and improve code bases. Apply AI and LLMs to real business functionality; push the boundaries of AI-driven features while staying ahead of industry developments. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of development experience within a SaaS environment. Experience with dynamically typed, OOP languages such as JavaScript, Objective-C, PHP, Python, or Ruby. Practical SQL experience (5+ years, PostgreSQL preferred). Practical experience with React JS or similar libraries. Experience leading technical projects through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle. GenAI experience. Preferred Qualifications Ruby on Rails (2+ years of experience). React JS (2+ years of experience). GraphQL. Amazon Web Services. Ability to coordinate efforts around new initiatives with senior engineers and product managers. Compensation Salary: 90,000 - 110,000 Offers equity
