What Youll Do

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a book of UHNW clients, managing complex personal trust and estate accounts with a deep focus on client service and fiduciary excellence.
• Interpret and administer sophisticated trust instruments , including directed, discretionary, and specialty trust structures across multiple jurisdictionsparticularly Delaware.
• Maintain proactive communication with beneficiaries, co-trustees, and professional advisors to ensure clarity, alignment, and trust.
• Review legal documents such as wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, and account agreements to ensure compliance and appropriate interpretation.
• Mentor junior team members , offering guidance on technical trust concepts and best practices in administration and client service.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on process improvement, risk mitigation , and strategic initiatives that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
• Stay current on evolving fiduciary laws, estate tax regulations, and wealth planning strategies to support clients with forward-looking solutions.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in personal trust and estate administration, with direct UHNW client engagement.
• Strong working knowledge of Delaware trust law and experience administering DE-directed or discretionary trusts.
• Proven ability to interpret complex trust documents and apply fiduciary principles with sound judgment.
• A CTFA designation or ability to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to mentor and influence across functions.
