We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by attending to guests’ needs with efficiency and a positive attitude. You’ll collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service, maintain a clean work environment, and contribute to an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials, beverages, and desserts.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Process payments, including cash and credit card transactions, accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring satisfaction.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Server in a hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and splitting bills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
